Randi grew up in Neligh, NE with both her parents and 2 older siblings. Randi and her husband, Chad, have 3 daughters ranging in age from 28 to 10 and a 9-month-old granddaughter. They have 2 dogs named Jayde and Sage. Randi enjoys cooking, baking, vacationing with family, shopping, and watching her daughters play softball.

 

Randi obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology with a Minor in Criminal Justice from Wayne State College. Prior to coming to Building Blocks Randi worked in various fields of child protective services including Child and Family Services Specialist with the ICCU and a Family Support and Visitation Provider. Randi joined the Building Blocks family in March of 2012 as a Foster Care Specialist and was promoted to Supervisor in 2018. Randi says Building Blocks has been an amazing agency to be a part of and she loves being able to work with children and families and make a positive impact on their lives.
