Randi grew up in Neligh, NE with both her parents and 2 older siblings. Randi and her husband Chad have 3 daughters ranging in age from 23 to 5. They have 1 dog named Jayde. Randi enjoys cooking, baking, vacationing with family, shopping with her sister and reality TV shows.

Randi obtained a Bachelor Degree in Sociology with a Minor in Criminal Justice from Wayne State College. Prior to coming to Building Blocks, Randi was a Child & Family Specialist with the ICCU, was a Family Support and Visitation Provider, and a Social Services Director for a long-term care facility. Randi joined the Building Blocks family in March of 2012 and was promoted to Supervisor in 2018. Randi says, “Hands down this has been the best job I’ve ever held. I love working with children and families and watching the growth that can occur from them receiving authentic and tailored help”.
