Jacquelyn Meyer, LIMHP is the Executive Director of Building Blocks for Community Enrichment. She is also the Executive Director of Counseling & Enrichment Center with offices in O'Neill and Norfolk. She has 15 years experience treating Trauma and Attachment Disordered Children. She has presented throughout Nebraska and on a National level with Empowering Families. Rachael Kallhoff is the Program Manager for Building Blocks. She graduated from Central Community College in 1998 with an associate degree in Family and Consumer Sciences with an emphasis in Child Care Administration. Following college, she worked as a Residential Counselor for the Boys and Girls Home Inc. in Norfolk at the group home and shelter. Later, she was able to supervise the Day Reporting Program which is an after school program for kids on parole and probation. Rachael has been employed with Building Blocks for Community Enrichment since 2002. In 2004, she graduated with her Bachelor's degree from International Bible College and Seminary with a degree in Christian Counseling. You can contact Rachael at the office at 402-336-4841. Cristy Brooks, PLMHP is a Foster Care Specialist for Building Blocks. She graduated in 2005 with her undergraduate degree in Family Studies and a minor in Social Work. She went on to complete her Masters Degree in Community Counseling in 2008. Both of her degrees are from University of Nebraska-Kearney. She did her internship at the Campus Counseling Care office and worked as a residence hall director for three years. She has been employed since June 2009.
