Building Blocks for Community Enrichment, Inc. is a non-profit organization founded in 1999 because we saw children separated from their biological families by hundreds of miles simply because there were few foster homes in our area.  Our goal is to recruit and license foster homes in this part of the state, and help make foster parents successful by providing them thorough training and daily support.

• Personalized Support to Foster Parents Significantly Decreases Placement Disruptions.  
• Respite services are essential to rejuvenate the foster parents and give the foster family and children a break.
